Best for receptions, panels, seated dinners, community gatherings and brand experiences under the oaks or beneath a tent.
Full property buyout
Exclusive, indoor-outdoor use of the whole property.
Best for larger celebrations, corporate gatherings, multi-space events and experiences requiring indoor-outdoor flow. Weekend events are available exclusively as full-property buyouts, providing private use of the contracted event areas across the property. Weekends also offer greater flexibility for earlier setup and extended access, subject to the final event schedule and availability.

Arena Commons operates on a room-rental model. Outside catering is welcomed, and every event is planned around your own caterer or one of ours.
Arena Commons welcomes outside catering and works with a curated group of Austin catering, beverage, and hospitality partners familiar with the property. Our team can recommend partners based on the event format, guest count, style, and budget. Catering, beverage service, staffing, rentals, and related services are contracted and priced separately.
Alcohol service requires a TABC-licensed bartender, coordinated through an approved catering or bar-service partner. You may provide your own alcohol where permitted, or your caterer or bar partner can coordinate it directly.

Arena Commons has 27 onsite parking spaces. Availability and allocation are confirmed based on the event date, guest count, and existing property operations. Street parking and nearby parking options are also available, and valet may be arranged through a preferred partner for larger events.

About the building
A house, reimagined.
The history stayed.
The Inn at Pearl Street opened here in 1993, a beloved Austin bed & breakfast, and much of what made it special has been kept: the porch, the light, the sense that you have arrived somewhere with a memory. We restored it as a private venue rather than erasing it.
It became the first home of Arena, and it holds that still. Stepping inside feels like finding somewhere the rest of the city does not know about, now given over entirely to high-touch gatherings, real conversation, and evenings worth protecting.
